East Bay Haven

Nestled within ten acres between two rolling hillsides adorned with native oak trees, this splendid new 12,000 square foot residence stands as a testament to harmonious design. Our stewardship over three years encompassed the meticulous orchestration of both interior architecture and design. We embarked on a journey to instill layers and depth, crafting bespoke wall and ceiling millwork that bestowed the spaces with a tangible texture.

Though a recent construction, this dwelling emanates the time-honored essence of yesteryears, replete with the character and resonance of older homes. A symphony of consistent beamed, planked, and paneled ceilings; wall wainscoting; and full-height paneling creates a tapestry of architectural intrigue. Every inch bespeaks a dedication to finely proportioned, robust custom trim and cabinetry.

The unity between spaces is forged through a sophisticated interplay of paint colors, wallcoverings, tile, and stone. This artful cohesion bridges both public and private realms, forging an interconnected narrative throughout. Every detail, from contemporary light fixtures to thoughtfully selected furniture and an art collection of discerning taste, contributes to a design with a singular, cohesive impact.

The outcome is a residence that marries grandeur with intimacy, seamlessly intertwining comfort, elegance, and harmony within its impressive scale. The client's joy is palpable, as they perceive in this creation an heirloom home, a paragon of lasting design and enduring quality that can be cherished across generations.
